Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership plans give immediate access to contact details, so they are generally non-refundable once used.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• Payment was taken but the plan was never activated.
• You cancel within 48 hours of payment and have not viewed any contact details.

How to ask

Email the address in our footer with your registered phone number and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
